Stopped by and had a really easy time hanging out. The music was good, the tables were cozy, and the whole place had a relaxed vibe. I’d definitely come back, especially if they ever toss in a small comp or thank-you for sharing feedback.

I keep ending up back at Ninkasi because there’s pretty much always something new to try. The selection is really solid, from easy-drinking IPAs to darker beers and seasonal stuff, so I don’t feel like I’m stuck ordering the same thing every tiem.
What I like most is that they actually seem to experiment, not just repackage the same beer again and again. A few of the newer flavors are a little weird, but like, in a good way, and most of them work better than I expected.
Ordering was simple too, no fuss or anything annoying. If you like trying different beers without the whole thing feeling too fancy or overly serious, this is a good spot to check out.

I stopped in to grab some food and was surprised by how good it was. The menu has plenty of options without feeling overwhelming, so you can actually pick something easily. Everything tasted fresh, and the burger and fries were really good. I’d definitely eat here again next time.

I’ve ordered from Ninkasi a few times now, the prices seem reasonable to me. Like, I’ll browse other breweries and suddenly realize how quickly things can get expensive, but with Ninkasi I don’t get that “wait, did I just overpay?” feeling. The beer itself has been consistently good too. Nothing to complain about there. For the quality and the price, it just feels like a solid deal.

Tastes fresh, feels like solid quality, and would definitely buy again honestly. No complaints from me.

I’ll be honest, my snap judgment after this was that the beer is solid, but the customer service needs work. I had a simple question about my order and it took a few days to get any kind of response.
When they finally got back to me, the reply felt rushed, like they skimmed my email and missed the actual point. I ended up having to send another message just to get it cleared up.

It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but it definitely rubbed me the wrong way. I expected it to be a little smoother, especially for something that should’ve been easy to answer...
